Eligibility
Eligibility requirements for participation in the 2023 Miss Brilliance Pageant Organization.
*MISS NEW JESRSEY TEEN - MISS NEW YORK TEEN Eligibility:
-Must be at least 13 years old but under 18 years of age as of November 2022
-Must be a full-time student
-Must be of good health and moral character.
-Must agree, that if selected to represent The Miss BRILLIANCE PAGEANT TEEN TITLE, you will abide by all the rules and regulations governing THE MISS BRILLIANCE PAGEANT LLP
-Must not be married OR never have been married
-Must never have given birth to a child OR be pregnant.
*MISS NEW JERSEY - MISS NEW YORK Eligibility:
-Must be at least 18 but under 27 years of age as of November 2022
-Must be of good health and moral character.
-Must agree, that if selected to represent The BRILLIANCE QUINCEANERA PAGEANT TITLE, you will abide by all the rules and regulations governing that pageant.
-Must not be married OR never have been married
-Must never have given birth to a child OR be pregnant
wardrobe
The required competition and stage wardrobe is as follows:

Private Interview: The outfit should make you feel comfortable and present yourself in a sophisticated and self-confident manner. The outfit can range from casual to business oriented and that reflects your personality.

Swimwear competition: (FOR MISS DIVISION ONLY) any solid color swimsuit one piece or two piece are allow.

Sportswear competition: ( ONLY TEEN DIVISION) ALL BLACK- 2 PIECE SET workout leggings (no bras, hats or shorts WORKOUT OUTFIT.

Evening Gown: All contestants ( MISS/ TEEN) must have a full-length evening gown of their choice. The style, design, and color are up to you. It can be elaborate, or very simple. Choose something that makes you feel beautiful. Your gown should represent your own personality and taste
Opening Production Outfit: For the 2023 pageant, ALL MISS Brilliance contestants will wear a solid BLACK dress. ALL Miss Brilliance Teen contestants will wear a solid PINK cocktail dress. All shoes should be secure on the foot and comfortable enough to dance in.
Mandatory Requirements:
Ticket Sales: It is MANDATORY for all Delegates to sell a minimum of 10 tickets.
