Ya’nisse Lynch is a 17-year old senior at Somerset County Technical High School. She is currently taking classes geared toward Graphic Design. In the future, she hopes to pursue an acting career. Being recognized as the top 15% in her state for academic achievement, she has been accepted into National Honor Society and volunteers with the Rotary Club.

Having struggled with mental health, Ya’nisse set out in her community to change stigmas that face young girls. Starting Queens with a Purpose, she has hosted many events where she shares the importance of mental health with young girls in her community. She also sets out to promote self-defense as she takes part in activities like kickboxing, MMA, and Brazilian Jujitsu.

Ya’nisse has volunteered with many organizations such as Feeding America Org., Autism Speaks, Toys for Tots, and so much more. Her hobbies include working out, modeling, and traveling. Her life long mission is to go on missions trips around the world until she hits every continent.
